Ba Duan Jing Qi Gong

Begin a journey on the Healing and Energizing Path of Qi Gong. In this 3 week class, we will learn the physical movement of Eight Treasures Qi Gong, and explore the energies released.

Known variously as the 8 Treasures or 8 Pieces of Brocade, these exercises are historical for their health benefits. It was developed by the famous Chinese general Yue Fei during the Sung dynasty to improve the health condition of his soldiers. There are 8 movements in this set of exercises that nurture the body’s balance, breath and strength.  Each class we will learn a new movement and practice what we have learned.  Practiced regularly, these exercises promote wellness and vitality in the body.
